Capital Resin Corporation Set to Go Live with Deacom in July 2019
Over the past year, Capital Resin Corporation’s (“CRC”) Information Technology, Finance, and Operations teams have been busy working on the deployment of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We will be going live with this new system in July 2019.
After a thorough technology assessment, CRC selected Deacom, Inc. as its ERP software provider. Deacom’s solution will provide CRC with a robust technology platform offering integrated operations, financial, and sales and marketing management capabilities.
Changes for CRC’s Customers and Vendors
While most of the changes resulting from this ERP upgrade will be transparent to our customers and vendors, any documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, purchase orders, shipping confirmations and invoices may have a new look.
We have invested a significant amount of effort testing the new system, verifying data integrity and smooth process flows. We also are providing extensive training to all internal users. If you experience any issues after our system launch, please report them directly to your CRC point of contact for prompt resolution.
